Eastbourne, fondly known as the Sunshine Coast, is a quiet Victorian-era seaside town, with a friendly atmosphere, gorgeous seafront, rolling South Downs and some of the sunniest weather in the country. Quite simply, Eastbourne makes for a great getaway.

Here at the independent Devonshire Park Hotel, we excel in making our guests feel comfortable. Want a room with a view? No problem. Ideas for a day out? We have dozens. Fine dining? You don’t even have to leave the premises. Having successfully run the Devonshire for 9 years, we probably have the answer to any query, concern or whim you might have. The hotel’s boutique size means we can offer the best personal service and guarantee a relaxing stay.

But as much as we excel at making your stay as comfortable as possible, we can’t take credit for the area’s attractions. Within walking distance of the hotel is the Devonshire Park Lawn Tennis Club, the Towner gallery, Congress and Devonshire Park Theatres, the Winter Gardens, the town centre, the Western Lawns, Beachy Head and the seafront. Sport, culture and nature are but a few steps away.
